- Content-posting information, such as the video selected for upload, upload status, TikTok publish ID, and suggested caption. For the Upload-to-Inbox workflow, you complete the final review and posting action inside TikTok.
- OAuth credentials, including access and refresh tokens supplied by TikTok after your authorization. We store these securely and do not display them publicly.
We do not intentionally collect full payment-card details. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own privacy policies.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide, deliver, and support Ikoojoy products and services;
- process orders and customer requests;
- operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website;
- provide educational and parenting content;
- authenticate the authorized TikTok account;
- upload user-approved videos to the authorized TikTok Inbox;
- monitor upload status, prevent duplicate uploads, and troubleshoot failures;
- comply with legal, accounting, security, and platform-policy obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
3. TikTok Integration
Our TikTok integration uses TikTok’s official OAuth and Content Posting API. We request only the permissions needed for the selected workflow, including basic account identification and video upload access.
The integration uploads a selected video to your TikTok Inbox. TikTok requires you to open the TikTok app, review the content, choose privacy and interaction settings, complete any required content disclosures or confirmations, and press Post. Ikoojoy does not bypass these TikTok controls.
You may revoke Ikoojoy’s TikTok access through your TikTok account settings. You may also contact us to request deletion of TikTok tokens and integration records held by Ikoojoy.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share information only as needed with:
- website hosting, security, analytics, email, payment, delivery, and customer-support providers;
- TikTok and other platforms you explicitly authorize;
- professional advisers or authorities when required by law;
- service providers acting on our instructions and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Cookies and Analytics
Ikoojoy may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain website functionality, understand website performance, and improve content. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling some cookies may affect website functionality.

TikTok access tokens are short-lived and may be refreshed using a refresh token. We delete or invalidate integration credentials when they are no longer required, when authorization is revoked, or when a valid deletion request is completed, subject to legal and security retention requirements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including restricted credential storage and access controls. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
Ikoojoy provides educational products and parenting content for use by parents, guardians, and educators. Our website and developer integrations are intended for adults and are not designed to collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
